5. Basis for collecting and managing data

Customer data is collected and managed based on customer consent, or to execute a contract that is to be made with the customer.

Name, company name, register number, email address, phone number, and other company data provided by the customer.

7. Duration of storage

Personal data will be stored as long as they are needed to work with the customer or to develop activities.

8. Regular data sources

Data is collected to register:

From persons themselves. From official registers according to law (e.g. ytj.fi). Data is also collected from Google Analytics and through tawk.to chat.

9.Regular disclosing of data and data transfer to EU or outside European Economic Area

Data is not disclosed outside the company on a regular basis. Part of the outside service or software providers may store data outside EU or the European Economic Area.

10. Usage of cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookie is a small text file which is sent to customer computer to make it possible to identify regular site visitors, to make it easier for site visitors to log in on site, and to make summaries of site visitors. Based on this feedback we can improve the site. Cookies do not cause harm to customers’ computers or files. We use cookies to be able to provide tailored customer data and services.

Permission to use data is granted to only those persons who are employed by Controller, and who need that data in their work.

12. Automated individual decision making

Automated individual decision making for the purposes of GDPR, article 22, are not done.

13. The rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to check, what personal data the register contains. A written and signed notice has to be sent to the Controller representative.

The data subject has the right to demand to update or remove erroneous or obsolete data, or to transfer data from one register to another. The data subject also has the right to limit or to object managing his/her data, based on articles 18 and 21 of the GDPR.

The data subject has the right to cancel his/her earlier consent to manage personal data, or to make and appeal to the supervising authority, concerning the management of his/her personal data.

The data subject has the right to forbid the use of personal data in direct marketing.
